What is parcel forwarding?

You shop at European stores using your Porsay address in France, Spain, or Belgium. We receive your parcels, notify you when they arrive, hold them while you decide, then ship to your country — often with consolidation so you send one outbound shipment instead of many small ones.

How is my shipping price calculated?

Carriers bill by chargeable weight: the higher of actual weight and volumetric (dimensional) weight. Destination, service level, and parcel size all affect the quote. Use our shipping calculator on the pricing page for estimates by weight and country. What you see in your dashboard before you pay is the price for that lane — no hidden forwarding fee on top.

Can I combine several parcels into one shipment?

Yes. Consolidation merges eligible inbound parcels into fewer outbound boxes when it makes sense. That usually lowers your total cost compared with shipping each parcel separately — the same idea parcel forwarders use worldwide.

How long will you store my parcels?

Porsay includes long free storage for personal shoppers — typically six months — so you can wait for more orders before shipping. Your dashboard states the exact policy for your account.

Are customs duties included in the shipping fee?

No. Import duties, taxes, and brokerage are charged by your country’s authorities when they apply. They are separate from the international shipping charge you pay Porsay for transport from our EU hub — as on most forwarding sites, customs are your responsibility under local rules.

What items cannot be shipped?

Examples: hazardous chemicals or bio agents, weapons and ammunition, drugs and alcohol, tobacco and e‑cigarettes, counterfeits, fuels and igniters — plus anything your carrier or destination forbids. The full official list is in the banned materials guide; read it or ask support before you buy.

How long does delivery take by carrier?

Shipping times depend on the carrier and destination. Once your package leaves our warehouse, express shipping usually takes 2–5 business days, while economy takes 8–16 days. Exact quotes and available carriers for your country appear when you request shipping in the dashboard.

What if my parcel arrives damaged?

We inspect every package upon arrival. If your parcel arrives damaged, please record a clear video of the unopened box while receiving it from the courier, and contact support immediately. This video is strictly required for the carrier's claim process, and our team will guide you through every step.

How can I pay?

We accept payments via Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. If you don't have a bank card, you can use our Personal Shopper service; we buy on your behalf and you can pay us in Algerian Dinar (DZD). Contact our team to guide you and help complete your order.

Can I return an item to the retailer after it reached the warehouse?

Returns follow each store’s policy. If the merchant accepts a return from our hub address, we can help coordinate repacking and outbound shipping where that service is included. Always contact support before sending anything back.

How do I request shipping after my parcels arrive?

In your dashboard: select the parcel(s) you want to send → request shipping → compare carrier quotes → pay. If you are still waiting for more orders, delay the request so we can consolidate everything into one shipment and you save on outbound shipping.

Can I track shipments and set my delivery address?

Yes. After dispatch you receive a tracking number and link under sent shipments. Add or choose the address we should ship to in your address book when you place the shipping request.

How do I get my free EU shopping addresses?

Do you ship to my country?

Yes — we ship worldwide to all countries. Carriers and rates depend on your destination — use the pricing page and your dashboard when you request a shipment to see live options. If no price appears for your country, contact us: your destination may be less common on our usual lanes and we can confirm options manually.

What if a store declines my payment card?

Use our Personal Shopper service: we shop for you from all over Europe. You can order from any European online store, including direct in-store purchasing in France, Belgium, and Spain. The parcel is received at your Porsay warehouse, then you request international shipping as usual.
