Shipping

How much does your service cost?

Our service is free. You only pay the shipping cost.

What shipping companies do you deal with?

We can ship your products to you via: DHL (recommended), Regular mail and Express mail.

How long does the delivery take with DHL?

Delivery time is from 2 to 5 days (open).

What is regular mail and express mail, and how long does it take for delivery?

Regular mail is the French post, the delivery time takes from 12 to 30 open days.
Express mail is Colissimo, the delivery time takes from 8 to 16 open days.

Can I ship this product?

Before you ship the product to us, first make sure that it is not a prohibited product.
If you are unsure whether the product is for shipping to your country, please contact us in advance.

Can I ship my credit card to you?

Yes, we can receive your credit card and take a picture of it for €2.

 

Can you ship perfumes?

Perfumes are flammable materials and can be shipped under specific conditions, including the country you wish to send to and the shipping company.
Please get in touch with our customer service team to learn more about shipping perfumes.

What are the shipping costs to my country?

Our website has a shipping price calculator. Enter the weight and the country you wish to ship to. It will automatically provide you the prices.
Note: The shipping price varies according to weight and dimensions.

Are customs duties calculated in the shipping value?

Please contact the customs office closest to your city to obtain information regarding taxes or import duties. You will have to pay any fees according to the customs authorities in your country.

What are the payment methods?

You can pay by PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, or Bitcoin.

How do I ship my products after they arrive at my address?

You can follow these steps:
First: Choose the parcel you want to ship and then click on (Request Shipping).
Second: After confirming your order, prices will appear to you according to the available shipping companies.
Third: Choose the shipping company, then pay the cost, and your parcel will be shipped afterward.

Note: Do not request shipping if you are waiting for other products and want to collect them.

How long does it take for my parcel to be shipped after completing payment?

All parcels are shipped after office hours. Note that shipping companies do not work on Saturdays and Sundays. If the shipment is delayed, please get in touch with our customer service team to investigate the matter.

How do I select the address I want to ship to?

You can add the address you want to ship to through the address book to choose the address when you order shipping.

Can I track my parcel?

You will be provided with a tracking number and a link to track your shipped parcel.

What French or European stores can I shop from?

There are many shopping stores in France and Europe. You can access the store directory from the shopping page or follow us for the latest discount and purchase offers from our blog.

How do I know if the store I want to buy from is safe and reliable?

We recommend shopping from the stores listed on our website on the “Shopping” page. However, if you would like to know if a particular site is safe, please get in touch using the “Customer Service” window located at the bottom of the page.

Can you shop for me in French stores?

We offer a personal shopping service. Please get in touch with our customer service team for more details.

Managing my shipments

How does my online account work?

You can sign in to your Porsay account at any time. It gives you a comprehensive control panel for shipments, parcel management, account status, and more… Also, you will receive an email notification when you receive a shipment or when we send you a shipment or assemble it.

How can I get my French address?

All you have to do is create an account on our platform to get your French address and ship your products to it.
When your products arrive at our store, they will be added to your locker, and you can order them through your Porsay account.

Can I start using my French postal address immediately?

Enter your French address as the “Shipping address” – as it appears below – when shopping.
Name: Enter your name.
Address (1): 28 Bis Rue de Lorraine.
Address (2): Societe PORSAY XXX (Enter your PORSAY address number here).
City: Paris.
State: ile de France.
ZIP Code (Postal): 75019.
Phone number: 0767026103.

To find out your address in Porsay, log in to your account, and you will find it in the corner at the top right. You can copy it directly and use it to avoid errors.

There are two lines in my French address. Which one do I write when shipping my products?

You must write both lines when shipping your products, as the second line helps us identify your products.

I received a shipment, but it does not appear in my locker. What is the problem?

Adding your parcel to your account from the moment it reaches us, may take from 4 to 24 hours.

Why is my parcel not showing on the locker after I receive it?

Adding your parcel to your account from the moment it reaches us, may take from 4 to 24 hours.

Can I modify my products?

When you choose the product you want to ship, you will modify it by pressing the (Modify) button. Enter the description, quantity, and price in the appropriate field.

ATTENTION: PLEASE CONFIRM BEFORE MODIFYING YOUR PRODUCT.

Can shipments be combined into one shipment?

You can request the assembly from your Porsay account so that you can write the details of the assembly you want.

How long does assembly take?

When you place an assembly request, the team collects your shipments in a maximum of one day, which can increase on pressure days and occasions.

Can you take a picture of the content of my parcels?

We can open your parcel and take photos of its content when you ask for it for a small fee of €2. Please contact our customer service team if you would like photos.

Can I send parcels not in my name to my French address?

Yes, no problem with that. Just make sure to write your locker number in the address.

What are the working hours and days?

Our working hours start from 9 am to 6 pm all week except Sunday is a weekend we do not work.

Do you offer a residency certificate?

We do not offer a certificate of residence at this time. We offer a French address to receive shipments and envelopes only.

Do you offer another European address besides the French address?

We only offer a French address.
